Artist's Statement: This photo was taken on a clear April evening in the piazza in front of the Pantheon. While the nearby Piazza Navona was filled with vendors selling cheap souvenirs to tourists, this beautiful piazza was inhabited mostly by locals enjoying an evening out. I added artistic digital effects to create a "painted" looking image.
